Wake up to the quiet sunshine in the surf house & stroll to your outdoor yoga class to wake up and prepare your body for the day. Head over to a nourishing fresh breakfast & then slowly get ready to head to one of the surf beaches in the area. Our instructors will drive us there & check where we can get the best waves. No worries, it is. very beginner friendly & the instructors are super patient. After that you can ☀️ chill, ☀️ hang out in the hammock, ☀️ soak sun on the beach, ☀️ read a book or book a massage with our special guest teacher, Jenna. Throughout the day we will get a surf video analysis from our instructors to improve your surf skills 🏄‍♂️ In the meantime, without even realizing, you slow down & fall in love with the chill surf vibe that is felt everywhere in Sagres 💙 We will slow down with Yin Yoga before Dinner or Yoga Nidra after Dinner before ending the day. Jenna and I met a few years ago on both our first Yoga Teacher Training when we travelled through Costa Rica. She is a fun, bubbly traveller soul from the US and will teach a few morning classes. You can book massages or Cranio sacral Therapy with her throughout the week if you want. Come and be prepared for loads of fun, laughter & happiness! Here you pay the non - refundable deposit of 200 € to secure your spot. The rest is to be paid a week before the retreat starts. The 4 surf classes, which are already included in all the prices above, will be paid directly at the Surf House. In the end you can decide on the spot how many surf classes you really want to take, maybe more, maybe less, so you will pay only what you used.
