Surf & Yoga Retreat in Sagres
Wake up to the quiet sunshine in the surf house & stroll to your outdoor yoga class to wake up and prepare your body for the day. Head over to a nourishing fresh breakfast & then slowly get ready to head to one of the surf beaches in the area. Our instructors will drive us there & check where we can get the best waves. No worries, it is. very beginner friendly & the instructors are super patient. After that you can chill, hang out in the hammock, soak sun on the beach, read a book or book a massage with our special guest teacher, Jenna. Throughout the day we will get a surf video analysis from our instructors to improve your surf skills. In the meantime, without even realizing, you slow down & fall in love with the chill surf vibe that is felt everywhere in Sagres. We will slow down with Yin Yoga before Dinner or Yoga Nidra after Dinner before ending the day. Come and be prepared for loads of fun, laughter & happiness!

Aldeia Caiçara Surf House
The Aldeia Caiçara guesthouse was created from three Brazilian surfers, Lucas, Arthur & Renato. These 3 friends lived & surfed together in Australia and now bring their easy going culture to the sunny south of Portugal.
The harmony of the place and proximity to nature and the constant swell makes Sagres the perfect home away from home.
In the Aldeia you feel at home instantly due to the Brazilian Caiçara culture that is reflected there. This way of living basically means a group of people who were born on the beach, living a simple and rustic collective life.

Here for you
Jenna & I met 7 years ago in Costa Rica on our first Yoga Teacher Training. We surfed, hitch hiked, practiced yoga, wild camped on the beach and hiked the highest peak of Costa Rica together.
